Welcome to the Oak Park High School (OPHS) Counseling Department!

OPHS counselors are committed to servicing students in a way that will foster personal or social, academic and career development as well as life skills that afford them the opportunity to become empowered, self-motivated and reliant. 

Our goal is to provide information to assist students and families through some of the most exciting years of our students’ lives. We hope you will find this information helpful and utilize this webpage as a source of ongoing information.

Transcript Requests
The transcript request button is for students currently enrolled in OPHS ONLY.  All graduates (alumni) must go to the OPHS Main Office to request transcripts for a small fee.

NCAA Eligibility
Prospective student-athletes MUST have their ACT or SAT scores reported to the NCAA Eligibility Centers directly from the testing agencies. It is best to include the reporting codes anytime you register for a State or National test.
